When you register, we collect your name, email, country or region, customer type, password hash, language and currency preferences, and account activity needed to provide the service. For inquiries we collect selected parts, quantities, expected prices, notes, and customer and exchange-rate snapshots. We use information submitted for contact or after-sales requests to answer those requests.
We use information to secure accounts, show appropriate catalog data, prepare inquiries and quotations, provide downloads, answer business questions, support after-sales requests, prevent abuse, maintain backups and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated advertising.
We may share necessary information with providers supporting hosting, security, email or document delivery. Cloudflare may process network and anti-bot data when enabled. We may disclose information required by law or needed to protect the site, users or rights. Customer inquiry and quotation documents are not public.
Records are retained as needed for service, business matters, audit history or legal requirements. We use access controls, password hashing, HTTPS, private document authorization and backups, but no internet system is completely secure.
The site uses essential session and security cookies, including CSRF protection, and stores language and currency preferences. Technical server and security logs may be used for operation and abuse prevention. We do not intentionally build advertising profiles or application IP-based visitor analytics.
You may update available profile data or request correction or deletion, subject to records that must be retained for security, legal or business documentation. Contact the operator through the available channel; we may verify the request. The service is intended for business users, not children. This policy may change with the service or law.
